I had the pleasure to work with Łukasz during the preparation and execution of one of the largest shipyards conversion projects in the industry for the offshore oil and gas segment in Gdańsk in 2012 – 2016. Łukasz was responsible for updating and implementing a comprehensive investment planning, monitoring and control system according to the latest standards in force at that time in the industry and customer needs. Responsibility and reliability are the hallmarks of Łukasz’s professionalism. Łukasz’s communicative skills, experience in working in multicultural teams and various industries, and flexibility allow for building trust and strengthening relationships in the project team. I am convinced that the presence of Łukasz would be desirable in any ambitious engineering venture.

Lukas is autonomous and knows engineering construction commissioning phases and is able to build the schedule on his own for the sequence and challenges discipline engineers and contractors for the duration. That makes the difference with young scheduler who just put in the software the duration that they are told to input.
Lukas is assertive and has all the needed communication skills. This is also really appreciated to have someone who says what the possible issues are before they come. This is the difference with classical scheduler profile that are shy and focus only on msp. He is able to challenge team members so that they do their job in time.
Lukas meets the due date and tells in advance when an action will take more time so if he commits to a task it is done on time and right first time.
